Brilliant location behind the Newmarket Mall, close to the Newmarket station for public transport, and with onsite (paid) parking for exploring further afield. Clean, compact, modern rooms, and as we were not on the motorway side, we had a nice view. Price was very reasonable.

New hotel easy walk to Newmarket train or buses. Tons of shopping nearby, plus dining. The Non facing motorway room was quiet & comfy bed (compact room & bath) Shower had excellant hot water. Coffee & tea, mini fridge in room and coffee selection machine & apples in lobby. Order breakfast night prior before 8 pm from a nice option menu, vegan or not. They deliver at appointed time in AM, starting at 7. I was excited on arrival they had my room ready before published time. I love supporting local owners this is a local family opened property.
