Very nice little hotel with free parking and washer/dryer in the room. The location is excellent just 2 blocks from restaurants and the future stadium just across the street.

Great room and facilities for us to stay at with our two small children who are both under 5. Spacious and not much that the kids could get into that we wouldn't want them getting into. We were also on the top floor so had good views and also had a floor to ceiling window beside the bed that gave views out over the city without having to get out of bed.

We liked the fact that it was central to all amenities. The rooms were clean and quiet. We were on the 5th floor and it felt very homely. It had free parking although, somewhat limited but there was parking just in front of the hotel. We booked it way in advance so it was relatively affordable. The room sizes were good size.

Great location, only 2 min walk to restaurants, bars, attractions. the rooms we’re comfortable. my only room complaint would be that we only had a very small tv in the lounge room, but not one in bedroom… since my sons bed was in the lounge we weren’t able to lay in bed and relax watching a show or 2 after he went to sleep. (just a small little complaint) Having the laundry in room was game changer!! Loved it! Honestly, the Staff made the whole stay better… they were all so cool, so willing to help, and go above and beyond to make our stay better. I can’t say enough on how awesome they were! That alone is everything. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Christchurch. Thank you Ramada!

Front of house staff were friendly, both the lady and the man in the morning. The Lady kindly suggested activities and provided me a map, as she spotted I was a Chch newbie. Washing machine is...very loud, kind of caught us off guard but it does the job well and we were really stoked to get a fully serviced apartment. Also the cleaning team are really fantastic and very friendly, always smiling and providing us with what we needed when we needed it. Car park spacing gets a bit tight at night, so get in early and save your spot as on street parking is non-existent it seems in Chch. Then just walk around the city, it's basically 5 mins from the best bits of Chch anyway. Bed is comfy, decor is a bit old fashioned but who cares, it's all really clean, looks nice and new. Highly recommend staying here.
