Spacious suite with full kitchen and a washer+dryer. Comfortable king size bed. Great location , near the Sky tower and in a walking distance to the bus station with shuttle bus to the airport.

The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The location was perfect; walking distance to EVERYTHING!!! The suite was very clean and they serviced the room daily. They provided dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher soap daily. The bathroom was equipped with a towel warmer. they provide shampoo and body wash. we also had a great, functioning washer and dryer which made things so much easier. The kitchenette was equipped with a stove, fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, electric water kettle, utensils, dishes, glassware, pots/pans. I mean everything. They also supplied the room coffee, hot chocolate and tea assortments. The room also had a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board. It felt more like a one bedroom apartment with the perks of a hotel. we had a TV in the living room area, a small dining table, and a bedroom and bath. I totally recommend this place 100%! Max, the front desk clerk, and the housekeeping staff were absolutely wonderful!

Great view from the balcony. My room faced down the hill out to the wharf & water. Full kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, silverware, pot/pan, glassware & washer dryer. Perfect hotel for New Years fireworks, just step outside & look up. The staff at the desk are very helpful & friendly

Was grateful to get a room upgrade. Location of hotel suited us well. Enjoyed the spaciousness and Netflix too. Person working in Reception when we arrived was friendly and helpful.

Check in was great . I had a marathon event with very early start and with reception not open to 7am I asked what my options were to leave my bag. They said they would extend checkout by 1 hour. I was slower than expected in getting back on time. They had brought vag diwn to reception as arranged. I was very wet and cold after running. They allowed me access back to my room to shower and get into some dry clothes . I was grateful beyond words.

Love the location and we were given an upgrade which was amazing. room with a view. Staff were friendly and clear directions given for carparking and room access. I don't know where you get your mattresses from but the bed was so comfy.
