We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. From check-in to check-out the staff were extremely warm and polite. The rooms were great and pre-heated, which was nice on a cooler day. Our experience was such that this will be our go-to accommodation in Golden Bay in the future. Thank you, Ethan and all your staff for a wonderful experience.

Everything was amazing! We loved our stay here, the staff were so helpful in organising breakfast and a packed lunch as we did a day trip on one of the days we stayed here. Laundry service was great. Beautiful pool but unfortunately too cold to swim in at this time of the year. The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to recommend activities. The rooms were spotless. One of our favourite locations to stay. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay special.

Located in the heart of Pohara Beach at Golden Bay, Ratanui Lodge was fully refurbished in winter 2021, it offers rooms with free Wi-Fi and free continental breakfast in a beautiful natural setting. It features a saltwater swimming pool, a restaurant and a lounge bar.

Facilities at Ratanui Lodge Golden Bay include a beauty treatment room and a tour desk that can assist with booking Golden Bay kayaking trips, eco-tours to Farewell Spit Nature Reserve, horse-trekking at Wharariki Beach, or cruises into the Abel Tasman National Park.
