Welcome to our charming villa converted into flats, located in the historical part of Auckland, Parnell. Built in 1920, this weatherboard villa retains its original character and offers a unique and nostalgic atmosphere for your stay. Situated next door to a variety of cafes, restaurants, takeaways, and art galleries, you'll have endless options for dining, entertainment, and exploring the local culture. ON-STREET PARKING is available for FREE all day on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as for 2 hours on weekdays, and also between 6 pm and 8 am on weekdays. If you require parking during different times, please provide us with your vehicle's license plate number upon arrival or early. We have a map of the Parnell parking zone at the property, and you can park in any available spot within this zone. Regarding payment, it is 5 dollars per day you require parking. You can leave cash at the property or pay into account you will find details at the property. Being situated at the top (1st floor of the villa) allows you to witness Sky tower, New Year fireworks, distant views of the sea and port area, and even small piece of charming Parnell Street. Inside, you'll find a spacious and well-equipped living area, complete with two large bedrooms, a generously-sized bathroom featuring a shower, and a fully stocked kitchen. The abundance of natural light throughout the day creates a warm and sunny atmosphere Nestled on a peaceful and historically significant street, our apartment extends a warm welcome to guests. As you approach the entrance, you'll be greeted by a magnificent old grapefruit tree, emanating a delightful fragrance when it blooms. During the season, you may even be fortunate enough to savor the succulent delight of its oversized grapefruits. Accessing the flat is a breeze: simply enter through the street entrance, step into the shared lobby, take the staircase to the first floor, and enter the apartment through your own separate door.
