Spilling out onto a sunny north-facing deck, open plan living opens to lovely sea views across the Bay. You'll love the ever-changing hues of light and water colour while watching the boating activity in the Bay. The layout of three bedrooms and 1 bathroom, ease of open plan living area and lovely sea views and North facing decks provide plenty of flexibility whether a group of friend or family. Just a short stroll down to Little Oneroa Beach or meander into the village. Tawa cottage is the perfect holiday spot. Three-bedroom, ( 2 queens & a twin) 1 bathroom Views over Oneroa Bay Open plan living and sunny front deck terraced garden Walk to Oneroa in approx. 5 minutes Great Island location handy to the village, beaches, bus routes & amenities Please note: The Cleaning fee include Cleaning fees and quality linen and towels hire, provided at the house for your stay (bed linen, towels, tea towels, bath mat, face cloths, hand cloth). BOND - A pre-authorization on your credit card is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure
