The guest house is beautifully decorated, perfectly located and has a nice rooftop terrace. It is very good value for money (especially if you stay in a different room than ours - see below. It was perhaps the most nicely decorated guest house of our trip.

This hotel is in an excellent location in Nizwa within walking distance to the major sites. The building itself is beautifully restored and the rooftop has a great view for spending some time. The hotel is down a small alleyway and there is on site parking. Highly recommend! Note that this hotel is remotely managed and there isn’t a proper reception. When you arrive you may need to call / WhatsApp to get inside but they’re very responsive.

I totally enjoyed the way it is set up, beautiful, and most importantly the vibe was lit🔥 I totally recommend everyone to stay a night or two here. It is located next to the fort, so nizwa fort, souq.....etc were at walking distance.
