The suite we were in for the second weekend was not as clean as our first one. The bathroom floor was quite dirty when we first arrived (it was cleaned, thank you!), And the bed was missing a pillow, which we found in a big cluster of dust/dirt under the bed. We also had trouble getting hot showers here during the second weekend. It seems like not everyone has had that problem, so maybe it was our timing or because the hostal was full.

We stayed here for two weekends (3 nights each) between treks, in the private room with bathroom. There are two in the hostal and we stayed in each during our stay. To start, the staff here are excellent, welcoming, and helpful. Having a private bathroom and a little sitting room was very nice for spreading out and prepping our things before and after each trek. So much space! Based on our first weekend, I would have given the hostal a 9.0. the bed and pillows were comfy, the blanket was so warm and cozy, and the bathroom/space was clean. Hot water for showers was the only issue at times. Breakfast was fast and tasty. Loved the coca tea. We also really liked the location on a walking street. It was quieter than some places, and the cafe that is 30 seconds away is amazing!

We did have some trouble consistently getting hot water in the rooms. The shower was not the cleanest, all you need are shower shoes though

Staff where incredibly helpful. They prepared a lovely breakfast and were incredibly accommodating with our early and late travel plans. Lovely decor in the rooms also. Wonderful, quiet location too!

The only negative thing was the fact that the wifi in the room kept reloading every 10 minutes which meant you got disconnected very often. it wasn’t terrible but it got annoying after a while..

The hotel has a perfect location in San Blas, doesn’t get much better than this. The bathroom facilities were amazing, probably the best we have had during our travels so far… We stayed in the shared dorm room where we had a spacious cubicle… really nice and comfortable with real duvet covers! staff were very nice and attentive.

Small communal space and breakfast was basic

Great location in the centre of San Blas and good value for money. We booked a private room which was spacious and comfortable, the bed was huge! Staff were friendly and the hostel was clean.

plumbing issue meant it leaked in the communal area whenever someone had a shower in the upstairs rooms.

lovely small hostel, double bed was really comfy and big. The staff were really friendly and happy to help however they could. The location is also great, in the pretty area of San Blas, about a 10 min walk to the main square.

It’s up a hill which was sometimes difficult for us due to the altitude but we were happy considering the value for money and it might’ve been louder closer to the town

Unbeatable value for money - we had an enormous private room with huge and extremely comfortable bed. Lovely, chilled vibes for a couple staying in Cusco. Free breakfast (eggs, bread, coffee) and good cooking facilities

It’s up hill - so it’s a tough climb from the plaza, at least before you get used to the heights. Anyway taxis here are cheap and you can easily take one whenever you need.

Great place, Excellent facilities. The beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff are a m a z i n g. so kind. Definitely come back

Wifi is pretty choppy in the dorm.

I loved how quiet and clean and cosy the place was. The beds in the dorm are like pods so you can chill out there without anyone distracting you. The breakfast was a plus and the bathrooms were super clean and there was usually one available to use.
