Staff was very helpful. With a taxi, tips, advices. I could check in sooner, leave a bag for free for couple of days. There was a small heater in the room (which is needed). You could close the windows (which is not normal in other hostels in Cusco). Free tea and coffee all the time. Coca leaves for the tea!!! Love it.

Cuscopackers is a great hostel. We stayed there for a bit less than a week and we had a good time. - The shared areas are spacious and welcoming, and there are free hot beverages all-day. - The rooms are clean to begin with and cleaned every day if you want to. - Marco, who was in charge, was very kind and super helpful when it comes to getting around or planning trips! - The hostel is well located, it's a 10 mins walk to the main plaza, and it's quite close to other hostels. Overall a very nice experience, would recommend!

Everyone who worked at the Hostel was very helpful and knowledgable. They helped us book a Sacred Valley Tour and had recommendations for places to go near the Hostel. Very quiet and comfortable space with clean rooms and comfortable beds. An incredible view and the stairs you have to take to get to the Hostel are not as bad as everyone says.

I loved my interactions with the staff there. They helped me book tours, advised about adjusting to the altitude, packed my breakfast for the days when I had tours before the kitchen opened. They were truly amazing.

Excellent front desk. Marco and Vicky gave me top notch info about Cusco during my 7 day stay at cuscopackers. Marco also hooked up an awesome Machu Picchu tour and even alleviated my concerns when I got a bit anxious. Thank you so much. The maid staff were very attentive and mindful. I really enjoyed my stay.

Amazing views on Cusco, great staff, nice breakfast. Good vibes in the hostel, plenty of room to relax after a long day.

the staff is helpful and considerate to guest needs, provides affordable tours and room rates and the hotel is awesome.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

The stuff was highly helpful - especially Sumer. I arrive late and they facilite me a taxi from the airport it's a little bit more expensive than taking a taxi by yourself but if you'll arrive late like me it's way more comfortable through this way. The location is good like 15 mins from center by walking. The recepcionist Sumer helped me and other guests about everything; buying simcard, Machu Picchu arrival, city tours etc. He makes you comfortable in all time of your journey. I had a short trip so my time was very limited, with Sumer everything went on time and they facilite the trasnportation from hotel to the monuments so it was an amazing oportunity. Also you have your own room with private bathroom and everything; price-quality rate is high as I can say.

Receptionist is super friendly, the view is amazing, hot showers are great, heater in the room.
