The location was incredible! They are very informative and kind! Their land has been reforested, an absolutely iconic example, the food was wonderful, and the prices were fair for the location! They grow and roast their own coffee, it was delicious! On the hike to the waterfall many of the plant species were labled which was new and refreshing!

Mandor Machu Picchu is located in Los Jardines de Mandor, 0.6 mi from Mandor Waterfall. It has a terrace with hammocks and views of the river, mountains and gardens. The Huayna Picchu mountain is less than 328 feet away. Mandor Machu Picchu is 1.2 mi away of the entrance to the Historical Sanctuary.
Couples in particular like the location – they rated it 9.4 for a two-person trip.

Can you get a taxi from Aguas Calientes to your hotel?
No, there aren't any taxis in our area. Walking trails and local trains are the only means of transport, please look for perurail in orther to get schedules and rates for the local train.Answered on 5 January 2023Your place looks lovely. I am looking for somewhere to stay a week, and I'll have some luggage with me, is the only option to walk for 4km's, not public transportation? Also do you have internet and is it reliable, can you confirm the speed? Thank you!
Yes, walking is the only available option for tourists, although peruvians can take the local train that stop few meters from our reception. We only have satellite internet in our location which is not reliable due weather and obstructions.Answered on 5 January 2023Hey! I’m super interested in staying here for my birthday in September and then my friend and I would hike Macchu Picchu the next morning. How could we get from the train in Aguas Calientes to your hotel on Sept 12? Our train from Cusco gets into Aguas Calientes around 12:30 pm. Thanks!
Once you arrive follow the road to Machupicchu until the Municipal Campsite then turn right and follow the train tracks until you find our wood sign "Mandor". This will take around 50 minutes (4Km walking distance)Answered on 2 September 2022
