Spacious and comfy apartment of four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a privileged location in the heart of the cosmopolitan district of Miraflores. The apartment has WIFI, cable DIRECTV, hot water and free washer dryer. It is located on the 3th floor of a nice, clean and safe building, with access by elevator and concierge service, 24/7 security and one free parking within the building. House's Rules: All guests must submit a photo ID or passport before arrival for registration at the building reception, in accordance with Peruvian law. Parties, visits, or additional guests are not permitted; only those listed on the reservation. Entering the building and apartment under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs is prohibited. Drug use, vaping, and smoking are prohibited. If any odor or evidence is found, an extra charge will be applied. An extra cleaning fee will be charged if beach sand is found in the apartment. Cryptocurrency mining is not permitted. Please avoid making noise after 11 p.m. Payment Policies: To confirm your booking, we need an advance of the 50% of the total amount of the reservation, it will be made through bank deposit or PayPal when you make the reservation. Otherwise, we will be forced to cancel your reservation. The payment of the other 50% will be made on the day of arrival at the apartment in cash, bank deposit or PayPal (in case of PayPal an additional charge of 6% will be made). In addition, a guarantee deposit will be made for damages and / or losses at the time of arrival at the apartment and it will be returned at the end of the stay.
