“Property is in the best part of town. The building is very quiet yet two blocks from the best restaurants and close to the gym Bodytech if you are like me and have to workout. The bedroom is very large with more than ample storage. The shared bathroom is very clean and is also a very nice size. It is also a benefit that you can use a washer and a dryer in the apartment. You also have access to the kitchen. It is not a hostel. It is a very nice three bedroom apartment, so there is just one other room that would be occupied by another guest. Patricia, the host, is such a nice and caring and helpful lady. I can not express my appreciation enough for what an enjoyable week I had. If you stay here I do not think you will be disappointed.”

“Patricia is a great host - very friendly and helpful. The apartment is located in a very safe area of Lima, and it's a short walking distance to the beach area. It's a bit of a walk to Kennedy Park, but I didn't mind the walking. Very clean room and bathroom, excellent facilities, good wifi.”

“Lovely comfortable stay in a very safe and clean neighbourhood near the seafront. I loved the location - if you head towards the seafront you can walk to Larcomar in around 30 minutes and even Barranco if you like walking (takes around an hour). My room was tidy, very comfortable bed and plenty of storage space for clothes and bags. There was a TV which I didn't end up using but it's nice to have an option! The apartment is beautiful and kept super clean, I also can't stress more how secure it was. As for the host- Patricia was so friendly and helpful, was able to advise me on what to see and how to get around and promptly dealt with some minor issues that occurred. Because my flight was late in the night, she also allowed me to stay late in my room so I didn't have to haul my bags around all day, which was a blessing. ”
