The Lot’s location is excellent with a short walk to a park overlooking the Pacific Ocean, local city parks, and restaurants. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Our king size bed was very comfortable and the room clean. You have a choice for breakfast of eggs or oatmeal which is made for you at the time you want it between 7 and 10.

I liked the cute minimalist design of the hotel and the room, it’s cozy and very welcoming! Absolutely loved having Netflix on the tv. The room was spacious and clean. The included breakfast was freshly made as soon as we sat at the table and really delicious.

    Hello, we have one near to our hotel, but isn't a problem because the noise isn't heard in the hotel. The construction its just in the mornings, around 9 or 10 am.
