André is the owner of the property; Claudine, nicknamed Calou, is his assistant; she will look after you on your arrival and during your stay if necessary. She can organise your activities on the island, of which there are many day trip around the island of Tahaa by boat description: the rental company will pick you up and take you to Tahaa, stopping to visit the rum factory; diving at the motu Tautau coral garden (the most beautiful coral garden in the Leeward Islands). departure for the black pearl farm (explanation); then lunch on a heavenly motu (you won't want to leave). visit to a vanilla plantation with an explanation of the culture). It's already 4 p.m., time to head back to Raiatea. Marae Taputapuatea, the cradle of Polynesian civilisation. Botanical garden of Faaroa, visit of the Mystery House not to be missed. In the evening there are a few restaurants and especially our caravans where you can taste the local raw fish. chao men and even crêpes which are not Breton at all, but crêpes. we look forward to seeing you...

Raiateaguest is situated 2.9 km from the centre of Uturoa on the east coast; there is no public transport in Raiatea, so if you are staying for a few days it is not worth hiring a car. There is also a shuttle taxi service for transfers from the airport to your guesthouse and vice versa. the auto stop also works well. There is a small shop 5 minutes walk away where you will find everything you need on arrival.
