The apartments are situated in a three tower development called The Beacon Condominium, in the country's central business district, Makati City. It is within the vicinity of the country's leading banks, hotels, shopping malls, universities and offices of big businesses including restaurants and fast food chains which are all accessible by foot, taxi, or the local jeepney. It has the quickest access to the International Airports via the SKYWAY of only 15-20 minutes. The property boasts of its resort style amenities, with an olympic size swimming pool, a toddlers' pool, a bi-level gym and sauna, plus a relaxing garden with jogging path.
The hosts (Grace and Dima Fernandez) are a couple from Sydney, Australia who manage the property either remotely or on site but there is a local support team in the premises who directly look after the guests. They attend to guests' issues and concerns on site.
What guests love about us is our location - very close to restaurants (Filipino, Japanese, including fast food chains) and the best shopping malls in the country, Greenbelt, Glorietta, SM, etc.
