Not your usual masikip studio unit). ✅ 2BR with Balcony condo unit showcasing Baguio’s magnificent City view! ✅ Accessible to almost ALL tourist destinations in the city ✅ Just 3-5minutes walk to Pink Sisters. 7-10minutes from Session Rd, Burnham, SM, Cathedral, 7-10minutes from Botanical Garden, Wright Park, The Mansion, Mines View and Teacher’s Camp. ✅ Brand new, minimalist, spic and span clean. ✅ Fully furnished (BR1=1queen size bed, 1queen size pull out bed; BR2= 1queen size bed, 1queen size pull out bed; Living room=1queen size sofa bed). ✅Asahi Wood and White Stand fans (1 in each bedroom and in the living room). ✅ Fully functional kitchen with dinnerware & cookware, so guests can cook!
