The property is along the Lower Kitma Road and located at the ground floor of the building which is almost same level to road. So it is very accessible for Guests to come and go especially for Seniors. The building was constructed on 2015 and completed on 2016. It is fully furnished with high ceiling that make it very spacious. The area is adjacent to a mountain with pines trees which contribute a good ambiance.
I am Ramon Gosingan Diano, a license Civil Engineer, graduated at the University of Baguio (UB) and had worked to the government offices like National Irrigation Administration, Bontoc Provincial Engineering Office (PEO) and Department of Public Works & Highways (DPWH). Worked as a Project Engineer to Foreign International Contractors like DAEWOO E.C. who constructed and rehabilated the Baguio-Bontoc All Weathered Highway. Had worked also abroad like in Middle East and Algeria for 16 Years as Construction manager.
The Transient place has a good environment and responsible neighborhoods. The area is 5 minutes by Car to downtown of Baguio city and Public Market, 3 minutes to Baguio General Hospital (BGH), 1.5 minutes to Supermarket, Groceries and police station 10 and unwinding place like Hillbilly Resto Bar that has a good ambiance, sunset views, wide area for view deck to beautiful sceneries and serve good traditionally dishes and bubbly drinks like spirits, brandy and beers.
