No-frills hotel. Super basic. TV not working. AC not controlled by remote so temperature was not adjustable. No windows.

The lights, its look you are going in a motel. Its so dark We are there because of the Family gathering my 3 months old baby didn’t see anything.

My answer should be the top one
They let my family pay because when I made the reservation to you with my credit card, I didn’t know, it just to guarantee my reservation for them. It’s my gift to them, they just got married & it’s their honeymoon. I won’t make reservation again thru you! I was really disappointed!

Poor cable signal, it's like watching very old movies on a flat screen TV. Good thing the internet connection is superfast.
I highly appreciate the kindness and overwhelming customer service. I stayed for 1 week and the service were just incredible from day 1 till i left. Very accomodating front desk personnel and thumbs up to Ms. Jam & Kate, no questions left unanswered, even kuya guards are helpful. I would say the new management is bringing up the core values of customer service to the next level. Thank you for your service Eurotel Baguio. Also Jade Mocon (Central Reservations Supervisor) Thank you for guiding me online.

Arrived in the lobby to eat breakfast, no more available food in there. Waited for more than 30mins before food from the breakfast buffet were refilled. Staff should have anticipated the food based on their guest list. Waiting time for the food is unacceptable

they gave me a bad room at first. a room that is falling apart. i had complained that the room is unacceptable. it just saddens me that because we got a great deal at booking.com, they gave us a crappy room without a phone, dashboard was disgusting and the cleanliness is below acceptable. after that, they changed our room to a better one. i just didn't like that when making up the room, you have to be specific to what you want to be done in the room. they dont automatically replenish stuff that comes in the room unless you mention.
complimentary bfast was great. selections are different everyday which is good for our 3 day stay with them. i liked the simplicity of the place. and the staff are very courteous. and they attend to my immediate requests. elevators were fast and the pillows are comfy. every make up comes clean. when you request something, they give right away.

The room facility should have been inspected for its readiness, safety and usefulness before the arrival of the paying guest. The Toilet bidet was not working and it took late afternoon on the next day to be repaired after 3x of reminder; one of the chair has broken leg; and no available towel and other toiletries upon check-in, There was no handsoap available despite the presence of container on the wall.
Location, cleanliness, and accommodating staff. Breakfast was great.

The beddings are not clean. When we arrived at the room, linens are dirty. I am not sure if it was cleaned by the housekeeping staffs, but it should be done thoroughly.
Breakfast buffet was good.

Don't go here.... Ever The place smells like mold in every corner and the rooms are ridiculously overpriced and super old. No Shower Curtains. No toilet Paper. No Window. Just Molds.... everywhere. At least in our Room. The TV is just like one Pixel where you can't even name the actors names because it got a terrible quality. 2 nights with breakfast 4700php!! The Staff is friendly. But that's not nearly enough! It's a place i would never go again. Look at the pictures and you will know.
Friendly Staff. That's all. The rest was terrible.

For my own, there’s no Designated smoking area just a basement. As a family it’s a bit Far from the session road and SM mall we always need a taxi . In general, everything is good . Thank you for everyone there and special thanks for Booking.com .
