I’ve stayed before and the staff and owners are all so helpful and friendly. Right on the beach, which recently is being regularly kept clean and pristine and is almost like a private beach. Will be back again for sure.

It's location is perfect, direct by the beach, which is not popular like White Sand B etc, it helps you to calm down, sunbath and swim. It's popular for snorkeling between 11:00-14:00, for which boats wait on beach... Nice room generally is enough.. Worker and owner are really helpful everything... It's far from jetty port about 2 km and 1.8-2 km from white sand beach also from big markets, which is necessary for some products .

It was nice, location depend if you look for a quite place thats the ideal place to stay but if you want to swim yes its front of the beach but cant tell the weather there always windy and the ocean had a bit wave, TV no signal, wifi? The staff said there is, but maybe but we dont have password. You need to take tok-tok or e-bike e if you want to go to the next station of the resort or shopping. Transfortation costly , 200 pesos 1 way to go, and 200 pesos to comeback.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Feels like you have your own beach. Note, tour boats turn up from 11 till mid afternoon for lunch next door, so beach quietest before 11 and probably after 3. Room had everything we needed. Hot shower, aircon, filtered water provided, snacks and pot noodle to purchase, kettle, bowels, mugs, TV (Inc English speaking film channel), towels. Lovely bread delivery (only on the first morning) Staff helpful in booking us a trike to get to the port and they arrived very promptly. Showers outside to rinse of sand before going into your room.

tucked away from the chaos of stations 1-3, this property is next to having your own house by the sea side. you would not want to wish to leave. here I could truly rest and unwind, chill by the shore. this property is just what we need. who wouldn’t want to be lulled by the splashing sound of the ocean at night and greeted by ocean breeze by the morning. truly magnificent.

Happy Homestay is virtually on the beach - it was very windy as in March, the wind comes straight in on this side of the island. Our room was spacious and set in a little garden. The owner left free bread rolls at our door in the mornings. There's a kettle and some mugs and bowls in the room. It was good value.

Very good value for money, nice big rooms, Marcus was very welcoming and gave us lots of information about getting around Boracay. Tambisaan beach is beautiful (just a little windy at this time of year!). We also had bread delivered to us each morning which was a nice touch. Only a short trike or a 30 minute walk to White Beach.

Analyn, the staff, was very helpful & reliable. Beach front but since it's still amihan season, we weren't able to enjoy the beach much. The place's generally quiet & the house itself has a very, very, nice ambience. No free pandesal though. ;)
