We had 2 rooms. There was no housekeeper cleaned our room during our stay. We were told they had a lot of checkouts that's why could not clean our room while we were away. They told us the rooms were newly built, but we were not told that there was no hot shower in the room. And no fresh towels everyday, We had to go to the front desk to ask new ones since no housekeeper came in to our room. The bathroom is not designed to make the water go in the drain. The pool was nice but the jacuzzi has no hot water. Staff at the breakfast was nice.
