My family and I had a great time here. Hiwang Native Inn and View Deck’s location offers spectacular views of the Banaue Rice Terraces, the heart of terraces country. The Ifugao huts provide an authentic experience of the ancient Igorot’s way of life. Nature at its finest and a perfect getaway from stressful city living: Although it was foggy on our first day, we were were blessed with fine weather the next day, perfect for hiking and driving around Bontoc-Sagada and the Cordillera mountains. We enjoyed a spectacular display of clouds on a fine day and a star filled night sky. We have bonfire every night which kept us warm. Manang Gloria our host is so accommodating and her grand children are all very hardworking kids. They looked after the needs of their guests, bringjng food to our huts and preparing bonfire. Overall, we are very happy with our stay here and I highly recommend this place.

The amazing view of Banaue rice terraces and well accommodating staff..

The native huts were spacious with lots of storage on the side shelves. The eating area underneath the huts was nice too. There was also a gorgeous view. The hot (well warm) water showers were great. The meals took a long time to prepare but were tasty and a good value. There’s not much info in the listing about the sleeping areas so I will post pictures. There are 2 double beds on the floor and large side shelves that could accommodate additional individuals.

The view is amazing! We decided to wake up for sunrise and it was awe-inspiring, there where fogs everywhere and youll slowly see how the colors come alive as the sun goes up. The bonfire at night was a highlight too! Truly a place to be in! You would never get tired of just staring at the beautiful banaue! The owner Ms. Gloria is very accommodating and hospitable too!

It is the top view and very amazing:-) the staffs was hospitable too:-)

I love the beautiful view of rice terraces as you wake up. Perfect place to chill.

Having the experience of the native’s lifestyle such as sleeping in a hut like the Ifugao natives; the breathtaking view of Banaue Rice Terraces and its surroundings; bonfire at night; the host’s hospitality providing free comfortable accommodation for our 2 drivers, and the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness

All our meals were cooked in the property.Although it is a wait,it was worth it.Best value for the money. Our breakfasts, lunch and dinner were delicious. The view from our native hut where we slept was beautiful. My family like the place so much,we extended our stay for another night. The staff were nice, courteous and very accommodating.

The place is too high but worth when we reached our rooms. It was a nice experience to stay and sleep in a native house. Perfect view of the Banaue Rice Terraces. It would even be better if we were assisted in bringing our things as the rooms were too high.

we are a family of 9, we booked 2 rooms which is near with each other and near bonfire place. We arrived earlier than we expected, the staffs are very accommodating. Our rooms were unique, it is a must try! At night we requested some woods for bonfire, t’was great. The place, its peaceful and relaxing. There are some local pets too which are friendly.
