Our property is located in Cubao, the heart of Quezon City. Manhattan Plaza 2 is the newest condominium in the area. It is strategically situated in one of the more premium locations in Metro Manila area. The property is surrounded by malls, restaurants, shopping establishments, movie theaters and walking distance to and from the world famous Farmers Market. MRT and other modes of transportation are also nearby. We welcome you to our property and we are confident that you will enjoy your stay with us.
My partner and I are committed to your complete satisfaction. We are new in the business and are willing to work with you just to make your stay with us safe and one of the most memorable vacations you will ever have. We are both retired and former employees of a food manufacturing company but still doing businesses similar to this one to make our time worthwhile. Please don’t hesitate to communicate with us. Located in Araneta City in Cubao, the heart and business capital of Quezon City, Kristal Place is your home away from home. It is surrounded by a good number of famous establishments like Alimall, SM, Araneta Coliseum, New Frontier Theater, Gateway Malls 1 and 2, Farmers Market, Bus Ports, MRT stations and many more. Araneta City is very peaceful place and surrounded with CCTV. Security guards are protecting the area 24/7. Kristal Place is the best and most economical place to stay when in the area.
