We've been spending our holidays in the area for many years now and have decided to share our experience with you.

Marahuyo is 1 hour away from El Nido, 30 minutes away from Taytay proper, and is saddled between the small fishing villages of Sader and Amugis. Family-owned retail stores (sari-sari stores) provide basic grocery items and seasonal tropical fruits, and fresh fish can be purchased from the locals. Transportation Options TAYTAY TO MARAHUYO at Paraiso Roberto (Sader Beach) - approx. 30 minutes Car Rental - if you are going for convenience, we recommend Rey Car Rental Palawan in Puerto Princesa for your transportation rentals. They offer pickups and dropoffs from and to any location in Palawan Motorbike Rental - go to Pems Pension and Restaurant in Taytay and look for Pems or Kim De Luna. Private Shuttle - private shuttles for rent can be found at Kanaway Transport Terminal in Taytay. Return trips can be arranged with the driver. Tricycle - some tricycles can be hired to take you to and from Marahuyo Jeepney - a sole jeepney services the locals of Sader and Amugis. You can find the jeep at Taytay Public Market every day, except Sundays. It leaves Taytay proper at 10:30 AM and charges 150 PHP/way. Return trips are at 7:30 AM and can also be arranged with the driver.
