Hello and welcome! Mabuhay! Spend a day or two with your family or friends at our Muji-inspired home at Phirst Park Homes Tanza where you could always retreat to a relaxing haven to de-stress. A self-contained 34sqm space that houses everything in a single space/area with a separate bathroom. A home that always have places to sit and relax guaranteed to make your vacation an extra special and memorable one. A townhouse converted into a studio-type unit with a single-room dwelling that combines the bedroom (with 1 double bed and 2 extra single bed mattress), kitchen and a living area into one large studio unit space/area. The open floor plan does not have walls separating that sleeping and living areas, and the kitchen area is separated by a wall. Staying with a pet? No problem, pets are welcome in our unit. However, an additional P400 is required as Pet Trip Fee.

Unit is inside a gated subdivision. Amenities like children's playground, basketball court, outdoor cinema, outdoor gym, and swimming pool are available but are subject to availability. Laundry services and restaurants are available inside the community. House is just 10-min away from Torres Resort and Farm and SM Trece.
