(info in pictures) * FOR LONG-TERM STAYS (28 days+) * ☑️ Electricity: The reasonable FREE OF CHARGE electricity consumption amount ALLOWED in our R.C.M. for a month's stay is PHP 4,000. Any/All excess MUST be shouldered by our valued long-term guests through the Bookingcom app. ☑️ Water: The reasonable FREE OF CHARGE water consumption amount ALLOWED in our R.C.M. for a month's stay is PHP 2,500. Makati City is ideal for everything but I am going to share the special places we use to go to. ☑️ Legazpi Park: 10 min walking distance. It is a really nice park with good prana and vibes. ☑️ WalterMart Mall: 5 min walking distance, If you want to buy some grocery. ☑️ Makati Medical Center: 10 min walking distance, In case you encounter an emergency (knock, knock wood). ☑️ Palengke (wet market): 3 min walking distance, on M. Ocampo street corner Javier street. ☑️ Many restaurants around the condo such us Inasal, Jollibee, Mcdonalds, Tokyo Tokyo, Shakeys, Starsbucks, Subway etc. Feel free to ask us for guidance, please. ☑️ Greenbelt Makati malls: 15 min walking distance. ☑️ Buendia bus station: 15 min by taxi or 2 rides of 10 min each. (depends on the traffic) ☑️ Makati City is one of the main business centers in Manila. You might go everywhere from here by walk or public transportation. ☑️ From the apartment, you just walk 2 min to Chino Roces Ave., and taking a jeepney you can go anywhere.
