A fully furnished studio situated in the heart of Cebu City. Walking distance to SM and Ayala mall, provides excellent amenities such as fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, garden , jogging trail and free wifi. Parking is subject to availability. For monthly rent, you will need to pay for utilities such as electricity and water except internet and condo dues. For incoming guests, please submit the following requirements upon check in: -Valid ID -Vaccination card (fully vaxxed)
