This lovely house is immaculately beautiful in & out. The style is modern contemporary in it's white & black interiors. It has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. It just got newly renovated with a total make over with all new appliances & furnishings. Located in gated Scottsdale Classic Country Homes, it's just a short walk to the main gate & main road where you view Taal Lake. Plus, it is just minutes away from major attractions, restaurants & venues. It is also accessible to public transportations. This house has complete amenities plus more. It has a smart big screen TV with WIFI, Youtube, Netflix access & many more apps for games & kids entertainment. Free karaoke use. Free local phone calls to order from fast foods. Kitchen is complete with an induction cooker, microwave, fridge, electric kettle, rice cooker, blender for smoothies, stainless pots & pans, plates & utensils. It has a big front patio with a "dirty kitchen" or a place to cook outdoors with electrical outlets & an out door dining area. There's a nice balcony that opens to the 2 rooms upstairs. Two rooms has new a/c. Third room with fan. The bathrooms has hot & cold showers & bidet. Clean linen are provided with fresh towels
Welcome to Tagaytay! I made Tagaytay my home when I'm in the Philippines for so many reasons but mostly coz being here, makes me feel great! The spectacular view, cool breeze, lovely restaurants & lots of entertainment are sure to keep you coming back to Tagaytay. You can say I fell in love with this place. I like to travel & was blessed to have traveled the globe. Love fishing & eating too, lol. And as my guest, I also want you to feel great & have a lovely memorable vacation. The house can accomodate up to 10 people so have fun & enjoy your time with your family or group in Tagaytay! Here's a few of my favorite restaurants that may interest you & don't forget the pasalubongs/souvenirs! 1.Marcia Adams- Tuscany-inspired garden restaurant 2.Tsokolateria- order their Banana, Peanut Butter, Cashew & Chocnut Churros Waffle, Strawberries Overload Churros Waffle & their Tablea Sampler 3.Barracks Food Park- delicious & affordable food park w/ a live band on the weekends 4.Bag of beans- multiple locations in Tagaytay- try their cakes, smoothies, cheese roll, ensaymada special 5.Mahogany Market Eateries- a row of many bulalo restaurants 6. Cecilia's buko pie- Love their treats!
