The location is very convenient to travellers who want to explore the city of Dumaguete. It is a walking distance to food, bars, malls. Also walking distance to the pier (if you are coming from or going to Siquijor). The breakfast tastes good and the room's interior is very modern and industrial.

We liked the location because it’s already near the Rizal Blvd., Siliman Univ and the port. Lots of restos around the area too. We also liked the restaurant and the bar. Their food were good and affordable. The staff were kind and accommodating as well.

Great location across the boulevard. Property has a nice restaurant and also near a lot of restaurants. The hotel had a nice industrial feel and interesting minimalist decor. The rooms are big enough, there were adequate outlets and comfy beds.
