Karen's beach house is the perfect place for you, your family and your friends. It is a private beach house located in a secluded estate where you can relax, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature and the sea. This little heaven is 15 minutes away from the famous Oslob Whaleshark watching. Immerse yourself in a stunning view of the beach and an environment that gives you peace of mind and tranquility.
The house is a suite with an open floor plan. So it’s like one giant room separated from the bathroom. The whole house is yours and no sharing required.
We have a private infinity pool with a sea view and a stunning sunrise and sunset.
Additional beds are available upon request. If you have more than 4 guests, we may be able to accommodate them subject to a fee and approval.
Please note that this property has steps going to and from the house and beach. Elderly or assisted mobility guests may find it difficult.
Also, there no lifeguard on duty and the ocean/beach has its own natural hazards that require typical precautions.
Santander is a small community without any major shopping centers or malls. There is a large shopping center about 25 minutes away.
Transportation is available through us, to and from the airport. If you need help securing transportation, please let me know.
The location of the property is convenient for treks to Aguinid, Binalayan and Dao falls. Also, Kawasan falls is only 1 hour away if you want to do canyoneering.
