Welcome to a practical and cozy Apartment 16 with an area of 27 m² in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood near the center of Bolesławiec. Thanks to the large number of windows (overlooking a courtyard with a park and playground), the apartment is bright and sunny, and its interior is exceptionally functional. The apartment consists of a room, kitchen, separate sleeping area, and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a range hood, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a refrigerator. The bathroom features a toilet, sink, shower, washing machine, and clothes steamer. The property offers free wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) and a smart TV with television access. Additional amenities include towels and bed linen, and the building has an elevator. Paid public parking is available around the property. The apartment is suitable for up to three adults or parents with two children (the sofa in the living room is convertible). The property is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
