The grand country house / palace is in magnificent grounds - perhaps for walking in readiness for the meals. The staff mostly speak good English and made our stay enjoyable. The restaurant is very very good, with regional items and best of all the breakfast is top notch - memorable. Linen and towels were OK.

- Breakfast was what you would expect from this type of facility, also the staff on breakfast was very friendly.
- Location of the hotel is great it is next to the park which.
- You could find there good international mixture of tourists (from Germany, Czechia, Poland..), mainly older generation - which might be the best target group for this type of facility. Their staff had also printed instructions in multiple languages so even if you are not strong in Polish you could read all the necessary information on the flyer they hand to you while check-in.

Truly, we enjoyed everything at Palac Pakoszow. The service, food, grounds, and hotel were all amazing. When we checked in, the staff gave us options of different rooms and let us see them before selecting one. At the restaurant, the cook and serving staff went above and beyond in helping us pick new and delicious meals. We enjoyed and appreciated the care that everyone at the Palac had for making sure we enjoyed our visit. We will certainly come back!

Cosy green vibrant town, beautiful old buildings, lovely old town area, many good restaurants and cafes, really good shopping possibilities, amazing views to the Krkonose mountains. The town is not too huge, it is easy to come around by car, there are good paths for the pedestrians.

This city is the capital city of the district, which in itself has less relevant attractions. We traveled great distances every day to places within a radius of about 75 km from her.
The old town is nice but not something you don't see in many other cities in Poland.
And certainly not the most attractive.
We really enjoyed our accommodation which was very pleasant and comfortable, we enjoyed the best and cheap restaurants in the city.
But beyond that we would probably choose to spend the night somewhere else, most likely in the city of Karpacz.

Jelenia goes is a nice small city.
Jelenia goes is a nice small city. If you want a nice quiet place to spend time with your spouse and or family it is perfect. Swim at the city pool. Go to see time gates it's a crazy history lesson that is fun. Walk in the old town and enjoy reasonably priced meals, drinks, and deserts. Biking and hiking trails and parks nearby. We speak English and German. It was not as easy to get by as the bigger cities but way less money. Probably not a good place to come party. I didn't see many clubs. Shops close about 8 pm

From Jelenia Góra valley, located in the middle of the mountains from Lower Silesia (Dolny Sląsk), one can admire impressive views over the surrounding mountain tops but also enjoy beautiful small cities. Cieplice is a charming district of Jelenia Gora, were you can enjoy Termy Cieplice ( Cieplice Termal Baths). The complex has several outdoor and indoor pools for swimming or relaxation and a spa area. Also the area of Cieplice is quite pretty to wander around as well since it’s filled with beautiful buildings built by the Schaffgotsch family in the 1700s. There is also a big and nice English garden (Park Zdrojowy) opened much of it to the public. Cieplice is also a great place to explore the the Karkonosze or Giant Mountains National Park. The Kopa Chairlift (Kolej linowa na Kopę) is about 30 minutes drive distance. From the Top Station you can climb the 1602 high Sněžka. (it is advisable to take warmer clothes to Sněžka as the temperature up can be more than 10C lower than at the village of Karpacz). Also you can visit the central city of Jelenia Gora with a great Old Town. If you have time and a car you can visit also Pałac Wojanów (20 minutes drive) or make a trip to the biggest Silesian castle: Książ Castle near Wałbrzych (one hour drive). Or if your stay is more than a week you can visit Wroclaw, one of the most charming cities of Poland.
I wouldn't normally stay in 1 hotel for 8 days, and this was an exception. I am so glad I chose this hotel for an extended stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent and varied. My room was spotless, and this was maintained throughout my stay. Complaints in previous reviews about the coffee machine are ridiculous it was an excellent machine, and coffee was produced in 15 seconds. Yes, you had to wait 1 minute if someone was in front of you, but you do elsewhere as well. The price was excellent and I will return.
This apartment is located in a quiet residential area with a private parking around the building and a personal parking spot.
Actually, Poland and Netherlands are one of the best places, when we're talking about modern design of apartments and hotels in Europe, from my point of view. The country is famous by many furniture factories and because of that, they really pay attention and care about nice interior and design.
The apartment is very comfortable and well-done made. 5 stars.

All as advertised and as pictures. Situated in village close to Jelena Gora - you can get to Jelena Gora by bus or need car.
Clean. Safe parking on property. Friendly host, good communication, gave lots of info.
Tip: If you book with ( Continental!) breakfast, you may fully use kitchen facilities for preparing your own meals ( if not, you pay a fee for use ).
Good for a short stayover!
Modern, comfy, and extremely clean apartment. Perfect location for visiting all of the mountain towns and just a few minutes outside of Jelenia Gora. I have stayed in many apartments and I have never stayed in one this clean and well thought out regarding all of the facilities (everything one needs for the kitchen was available). Very nice hosts with great communication. 10/10
A nice hotel in the middle of a lovely spa town.
The room was clrean and comforable with a good shower.
We were there for the nearby parkrun, which takes place at 9am on a Saturday, and the hotel kindly allowed us to have breakfast when we returned from it at about 9:50, although technically the breakfast room closes at 10.
The location is perfect for visiting the national park Karkonoski nearby. I suggest you sleep in a hotel in Poland, as the Czech side is extremely expensive comparably (parking, funicular, hotels etc.). This hotel has a beautiful garden, very spacious rooms and nice staff. The breakfast has variety.
Everything about the stay including the management was perfect I would highly recommend 5 * for me my partner and children thank you Mariusz it was a pleasure I just hope we left it in the condition we received it in perfect if anyone wishes to stay in Jelenia Góra i recommend this apartment
The location is great. You have railway station in 15 min, bus stop in 5 min (Google knows nothing about buses in Jelenia Góra, but you can use Jakdojade), Żabka on 10 min and downtown in 15 min walk from the apartment. I think Jelenia Góra will be as good as Zakopane in the nearest future.
It was a pleasant surprise. I chose this hotel because of price and didn’t expect too much. Not only the location is perfect but the staff was very friendly, the hotel and rooms were clean and really well taken care of. Finally, breakfast was really fresh and tasty.
The staff helped with our problem and was very welcoming. The interior of the hotel is interesting and cozy. There's no kettle in the room, but you can have tea or coffee in the cafe and it's included. The location is great, everything is at hand.
Friendly staff, whole hotel was clean and proper, the beds were very comfortable. Location is fantastic, large green city park right across the street, as well as national parks within driving distance in almost every direction.
Prices are very reasonable and price to age of the hotel was also reasonable. The rooms are a little old fashioned (didn't have the upgraded version) but absolutely everything was fine.
Slept very well and was comfy.
Nicely located just outside of the old town, very close to shops, restaurants and other attractions of Jelenia Gora. The apartment is air-conditioned so it was great in the summer. Comfortable and practical.
