Guests are kindly requested to inform the property in advance of their estimated time of arrival. Arriving at an hour not agreed with the owner may result in waiting 1.5 hours or more for the keys to be delivered.

There is an additional fee of PLN 30 for check-in from 20:00 to 22:00, PLN 100 for check-in from 22:00 to 00:00, and PLN 150 for check-in from 00:00 to 7:00.

Stay of animals on request, the fee is PLN 150 per stay per animal, the stay of animals must be confirmed by the facility before arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 07:00:00.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests don't receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.

A damage deposit of 500 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with.
