At the same time, the estate itself is located in an ideal location: - 250m from the beach (entrance opposite the housing estate), - at the beginning of the main street Grzybowa - 150m from catering facilities, grocery stores, souvenir stalls and others, - on the route of numerous bicycle paths leading to Dźwirzyno, Mrzeżyno, and Kołobrzeg. Kołobrzeg and Dźwirzyno are about 20 minutes away by bicycle, - less than 30m from the bus stop of the Grzybowo-Kołobrzeg line. The house itself is located about 10 meters from the entrance to the estate.
