The bright, elegant flat has an area of 34 m² and will happily accommodate 4 people. It has been designed with attention to every last detail to make our guests' stay as comfortable as possible. The flat consists of a living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and balcony. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a modern TV, a coffee table and a large table with chairs. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The kitchenette has all the necessary utensils to facilitate the preparation of home-cooked meals. There are amenities such as a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer. The modern bathroom with shower cubicle is equipped with a washing machine, as well as towels for our guests. On the furnished balcony you can relax with a cup of your favourite morning coffee. The flat comes with a parking space in the underground garage, included in the booking price. The flat is in an excellent location, right in the centre of Poznań. The distance to the railway station Poznań Główny with the large shopping mall Avenida is about 1 kilometre, so it can be covered on foot in 15 minutes. All necessary metropolitan amenities such as shops, restaurants, cafés and service establishments are available in the vicinity of the flat. Our guests will not lack for anything during their stay here. The nearest restaurants offering tasty cuisine are: Pakamera Pizzeria (350 m), Nova Sushi (300 m) and Cuisine PoWolność (270 m). There are also cafés offering aromatic coffee and sweets, such as the Jungle Cafe (260 m). Poznan's famous Old Market Square can be reached by tram or bus, as the area is very well connected to all parts of the city. There is also no shortage of green areas, such as the nearby Wilson Park, offering many atmospheric alleys for strolling in nature. The park also has a lovely pond, a historic alpine park and an amphitheatre.
