It is easy to get to Zakopane from Koscielisko. We did not stay in Zakopane since we were there for the New Year and Zakopane was very busy and expensive to stay in. Busses were frequent and since we were a group of 7 friends it was easy to get a Taxi back to Koscielisko when it was late. Most of the taxis were 7 seaters so it was not difficult to travel. The place was quiet compared to Zakopane which was ideal.

If you're there for the mountains, Koscielisko is a good alternative to Zakopane to which it is more or less joined anyway. The Tatry National Park is within walking distance and there are good bus connections. If you have a car you will find parking a lot easier and cheaper in Koscielisko. One slight drawback is that there is no town centre as such - shops and other facilities are dispersed all over.

It's a nice town and a little quieter to stay in, instead of Zakopane itself. So if you want to be away from the busy city, there are some nice options for staying. Also it's close to a couple different trails. The prices are also a little cheaper than Zakopane

Very close to Zakopane city center and Chochołow Termy.
Very close to Zakopane city center and Chochołow Termy. Buses come by frequently and it's extremely easy to travel. Amazing nature views. It's the perfect place to stay in if you want to be close to the city but doesn't like too much crowd and hustle & bustle. Will definitely recommend visiting.

The best aspect is the seclusion it provides from the touristy city centre, it has good cheap accomodations and has good walking trails and ski resorts nearby. So if you're looking to explore all the aspects of the mountains staying here is a good idea.

Great location - natural attractions and silence in one place !!
Close to the mountain trails, Zakopane and thermal swimming pools.
Beautiful natural landscapes and friendly local people.
Everyone will find something for himself ;-)
I would highly recommend!
The variety of breakfast menu was like in big hotels, very tasty. The SPA zone requires prior reservation, which is why it is not crowded because guests can enter only from one room. If the hotel kitchen is closed, the hotel staff does not have any problems with ordering food from the outside, and even encourages you to place such an order earlier due to heavy traffic in the area. Great location that allows you to get to the Kościeliska Valley on foot in a few minutes. The view of Giewont in good weather encourages you to go outside.
The room was small but nicely decorated; comfortable bed, large balcony with views over fields, complementary water, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast with different options every day. Nice spa facilities with sauna, steam room, small pool and jacuzzi. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good!
The hotel is in a quiet location; you can reach it by bus, cable car or by walking (approx. 45 mins straight up the mountain) if you don't have a car.
From the great location within Kościelisko to the gorgeous views from the patio and backyard, this space had everything we were looking for in a mountainside property that could house our 10-person party. The check-in and check-out processes were extremely smooth, and the host went out of their way to give us extra time at the tail end of our trip when we requested it. I really couldn't ask for much more and would highly recommend Villa Swiss!
New polish mountain house, but made in the very traditional way. The internal design was stunning. It was specious enough: 3 bedrooms and 4 full size beds. Well located: close to the ski lift and not far to the city center. Also very close to the big hotel "Bachleda" with a nice quality internal playground for children, with care provided. The manager of the place is adorable and very helpful. Super clean. Children loved it there.
The location it the best asset of this hotel, it is almost at the entrance to the Koscieliska Valley. The building itself and interiors are also beautiful - wooden, "mountain" style. There is parking at the hotel. Breakfast was fine, not overwhelming with variety of food, but healthy.
Kids were happy about the breakfast, because they had many options of meals to choose from. The staff was friendly and helped us in every aspect we asked for. Scenery in Koscielisko is very beautiful. Koscielisko is not so much crowded as Zakopane is.
A great location for hikers wanting to go to the Kościelisko valley. The room was very clean with just enough space for everything. The only thing I was missing was a place to leave my clothes on a shelf however it didn't cause any problems.
Price and quality. Cosy and nice place to stay. Like a mini hotel. Nice breakfast and home made food for lunch and dinner. Small bar and free pool/billiard. Very good choice for families with children. But city center is far.
Location of the glamp is perfect. It is within 10-15 min by car from many trails.
The tent itself is really comfy, clean, and spacious and feels like a hotel room, and not a tent at all.
We had a pleasant stay here.
Comfortable hotel, friendly staff, nice room with double bed, beautiful views. Many choices for breakfast for non vegetarian people. Also we got a discount for thermal baths center which was very pleasant :-)
Everything was exceptional, beautiful design, indoor playground for children, amazing breakfast and very, very friendly staff. the hotel was also only few minutes drive from the Koscieliska valley
Amazing hotel! The view from the balcony was fascinating! Room is very big, VERY CLEAN! Staff is very helpful. Actually it’s better than I expected. Thank you!
Clean, very good breakfast, calm location and very friendly staff. Tea/coffee facilities. Large and free of charge parking. Spa&sauna are in the hotel.
