Compared to the other sky tower company the front desk/reception was very friendly! They refunded my deposit quickly, they allowed early check-in if the room was ready, and they also allow luggage atorage before checkin and after checkout, which is very helpful!

EVERYTHING! The handover was very easy. The lady was very polite at the desk and explained everything to me. My apartment was located on the 32nd floor and the view was wonderful. I could see everything the airport, mountains, and even the stadium. I recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back there soon again!

Magical view, especial in evening, or when I woke up in middle of night it was pleasure to look outside to the streetligts and buildings. Room was spacious and bathroom cleaned, with towels and shower gel.

Everything. It was such a beautiful hotel with so many facilities and had a range of food places near by to go to for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was in the perfect location. We didn’t want to leave! Will definitely be coming back! We stayed for 3 nights and felt it wasn’t long enough! The staff were very friendly too.

It was very big biutiful apartment with a whirlpool next to the window. In apartment we had all that we wanted. Very kind and helpfull receptionist. There are resturants and shops in citymall on the graund floor. Best of the best!
