Keys should be collected at the local office at Plażowa Street 6A, Kołobrzeg. The office is open from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday. In case of check-in outside office hours or on weekends, please contact min. 24 hours earlier.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of 300 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
