The offer includes two duplex apartments for 5 people, a one-bedroom apartment for 4 people and a studio for 3 people. This is an excellent option for those who wish to enjoy the proximity of the sea and the comfort of a fully equipped interior. The living room has a sofa bed that provides a comfortable place to relax and unwind. The living space is complemented by a coffee table and dining table, which is conducive to both relaxing together and eating meals. From the living room, there is direct access to the furnished terrace or balcony, which provides the perfect place for morning coffee or evening relaxation in the fresh air. The kitchenette has been fully equipped with an induction hob, steam absorber, dishwasher, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, electric kettle, microwave and a set of dishes and utensils. The well-thought-out layout is conducive to independent cooking and unhurried celebration of meals. In the bathroom, a shower, washbasin, mirror, washing machine, hairdryer and toilet are at guests' disposal. Modern multimedia facilities, such as a satellite TV and high-speed WiFi Internet, guarantee entertainment and contact with the world. Motorised guests are entitled to an allocated outdoor parking space. Each interior provides a cosy atmosphere and functionality, which contributes to the comfort of each stay.

The studio is located in Niechorze, just off the quiet and green Zaciszna Street, only a few minutes’ walk (approx. 0.5 km) from a wide, sandy beach. This location allows for daily access to the sea without the need for commuting. Within just a 5-minute drive, you can reach the seaside promenade and pier in Niechorze – perfect spots for morning jogging, bike trips, or evening walks with a sunset view. In the summer season, the area comes to life with market stalls, animations, and attractions for families with children. Bike and beach equipment rentals make planning your day easy. Nearby the studio is the Niechorze Lighthouse (0.9 km) – one of the most iconic landmarks of Western Pomerania. From its top, you can enjoy an impressive view of the sea, the cliff coast, and the surrounding towns. Just over 20 minutes on foot separates the studio from Lake Liwia Łuża – a nature reserve and a habitat for numerous bird species, ideal for a peaceful walk surrounded by greenery. This natural water body offers remarkable landscape value and ecological importance. Another attraction for families and lovers of local history is the Narrow-Gauge Coastal Railway, which operates in the summer season. The station is only 1.4 km from the studio. A ride along the Gryfice–Trzęsacz–Niechorze route is a great way to explore the region and see the seaside towns from a different perspective. The area around the studio is quiet and safe – perfect for a relaxing stay by the sea. Due to the intimate character of the town, walking and cycling are the most convenient means of getting around – with numerous trails leading to Rewal (3 km) and Trzęsacz (5 km). Seasonal bus services and the railway also provide easy access to other attractions in the area. Guests also have access to a barbecue area within the estate – a great opportunity to enjoy evenings outdoors. This place combines closeness to nature with the comfort of everyday leisure.
