The company Apartamenty Świnoujście exists since 2005. Since that time we have been managing the rental of 250 flats on the local market. We have extensive departments with a professionally trained team of employees who will handle your every reservation and stay in ¦winouj¶cie in a nice, quick and competent way.

Property info

"Baltic Park Beach" is an integral part of the Baltic Park holiday complex, located on Uzdrowiskowa Street. The flats in these buildings are furnished in a very functional and modern way. Each two-room flat has a bedroom, living room with kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet and a balcony. Three-room flats, on the other hand, consist of a living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom (these are usually two-storey flats).  All flats have a parking space in an underground garage or on the premises, satellite TV, floor heating and electric radiators. There is a lift in each building.

Neighborhood info

The buildings are situated in a unique location - on the dunes, between the promenade and the beach. Location of flats in the immediate vicinity of the beach, restaurants, cafes, boutiques, makes it one of the most frequently chosen locations by guests.
