The Apartamenty Świnoujście company has been in existence since 2005. Since then we have managed the rental of 270 flats and houses in the local market. Our main focus is the seaside district. Every day, our team of employees puts their hearts and a lot of hard, dedicated work into providing excellent service and achieving 100% satisfaction of our guests. Customer Service - in our office, every day between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., 365 days, our staff greets you with a kind word and a smile on their faces for check-in/check-out and to provide you with information and tips for your holiday stay. We offer a high standard of customer service in as many as three languages (Polish, German, English)

The building is located next to the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy breakfast and a restaurant menu in the hotel restaurant for an additional fee. The hotel also houses a spa area and the types of treatments and price list can be found on the hotel's website. The property is located in a secluded residential part of the town, 1000 m from the beach. There is a children's playground on the premises. Each flat has a parking space in an underground garage accessible after exiting the lift, directly under the building.

The distance from the beach entrance is 1000 m. At the beach entrance, the newly built part of the Promenade begins, with a path for bicycles, rollerblades and a place for walking. The graduation towers also provide wonderful rest and relaxation. The Promenade connects the famous cross-border walking and cycling path leading to German towns on the one hand, and Swinoujscie's main promenade with restaurants and attractions on the other.
