The highly functional space of 42 m² consists of an air-conditioned living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a wardrobe. The apartment also has a furnished balcony, where you can enjoy a sip of morning coffee outdoors. The living room is equipped with a double sofa bed, ensuring comfort. In the evenings, guests can relax, watching their favorite programs on the Smart TV, enjoying the comfort and cozy atmosphere. The kitchenette has been designed in a functional way, which makes preparing meals quick and easy. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, TV, and a large, spacious wardrobe with mirrors, ideal for storing handy trinkets or clothes. The rooms have desks that provide comfortable conditions for remote work, and there is access to fast free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. To make it easier to start each visit, a free set of cosmetics (soap, shampoo and shower gel), towels and bed linen are provided. Guests will also find an electric dryer in the wardrobe and a washing machine in the bathroom. The unique location of the building on the Wislok River itself, guarantees proximity to nature and many unique paths for walking and spending time outdoors. Nearby are the Rzeszow Boulevards, the Park of Culture and Recreation, a skatepark, as well as a stadium. The nearest bus stops, located only 120 meters from the building, will allow you to get around the city quickly and efficiently using public transportation. Surrounding stores, such as Lidl (500 meters), will allow you to stock up on all the necessary purchases during your stay. 500 meters away is also the large Millenium Hall shopping mall. Thanks to the excellent restaurants and cafes located near the apartments, our guests will be able to have a delicious meal and a nice time. The closest establishments are Domino's Pizza (180 m), Molto (220 m) and Anatomiakawy (500 m). It takes only 8 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bus to reach the Rzeszów Główny train station.
