A desk with chair in the living room can become a work station perfect for remote work with laptop. Additionally, the amenities include full bathroom and kitchen facilities such as a washing machine, a dishwasher, a capsule coffee maker. The location combined proximity to green areas, well-developed local infrastructure and convenient access to the strict city center. Near the building there is a green square with a playground for children, and in just 15 minutes on foot you can reach the Zachodni Park - a bigger green enclave to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location takes care of all daily needs, as there are many stores and restaurants in the area. Banach Hall, a shopping complex with a traditional supermarket and outdoor bazaar, is a 10-minute walk away. The area is well communicated: there are many bus and tram stops within 500-meter radius, and the Warszawa Zachodnia Railway Station is also nearby (1 km from the apartment).
