The apartment is perfect for 4 people or a couple. It consists of a living room, 1 bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a balcony overlooking the estate. The bedroom has a desk and a comfortable bed. The kitchenette has all the necessary things for cooking and serving meals. There are, among other amenities, a fridge with freezer, oven, electric hob and a set of dishes and cutlery. Guests can also relax in from of the flat-screen TV.
