Please note that this offer covers multiple apartments of the same standard. Apartments might slightly differ in interior finish and décor. Spacious and comfortable apartments located at 4 Giełdowa Street, on the border of Warsaw's Wola and Śródmieście districts, just 5 minutes from the city center. The apartments are located in a modern and guarded estate. The building complex provides access to many service points (shops, restaurants, fitness club, swimming pool). The advantage of the location of the apartments is also the transport connection - from the Metro or tram station, you can easily get to the Old Town, less than 2.5 km from the apartment. The apartments are located on the 3rd and 4th floor, the building has a lift. Apartments have an Energy Performance Certificate.
