United KingdomEverything about this hotel was amazing !! Location is perfect, right in the centre of the city but in the quiet end so you get the best of both worlds with great nights but also good nights sleep. Beautifully decorated , the most comfortable beds and very high standards of cleanliness as well as superb customer service from all the hotel staff. I also felt very safe with special Covid 19 measures in place. I can’t wait to return already and i highly recommend to everyone if you’re looking for exceptional experience for reasonable price.

United KingdomExceptional hotel with excellent service, beautiful decor, clean and comfortable rooms. It is right next to the castle and within walking distance to every must see places in Kraków. Loved everything about it. Especially the restaurant it worth mentioning, the food was delicious, definitely try the tasting menu with wine pairing. We very much enjoyed our stay here, we will most definitely be coming back!
