"Platan Tower" is the tallest apartment building in Świnoujście. The tower belongs to the architectural group "Platan": a quiet housing estate surrounded by greenery. The distance between the property and the promenade is approx. 900 km, there are restaurants and shops nearby, as well as supermarkets Biedronka and Lidl as well as the station of the German UBB train (50 meters), which will take guests to the nearby German seaside resorts. The property has two fast elevators.
