The apartments are located in the most prestigious part of the seaside, in the spa district of Świnoujście, at Uzdrowiskowa Street. The Regina Maris Complex is located just 200 meters from the sandy beach. The location of the apartment provides a unique sea microclimate and close access to a wide range of attractions all year round. The location in the seaside district, filled with the best restaurants, cafes and numerous shops and a shopping center, provides access to various attractions and beautiful places on the map of Świnoujście. Not far away, the promenade, only 100 meters from the apartment, invites you to walk! An abundance of greenery and relaxing recreational areas - Chopin Park 650 meters from the apartment building.
