I booked Bentis Apartments at the very last minute due to my travel plans. They were very quick in responding and even though I checked in near midnight, everything went smoothly due to the detailed self check in instructions that were provided. Perfect place to stay in krakow. Near everything by walk. Also has parking which is big plus in krakow if you travel by car. We where family of 4 a lot of space for whole family. The apartment was gorgeous. Everything felt brand new and extremely clean. Lots of extra towels available. Soft cozy blankets in the living room. There was complimentary water bottles, juice, and coffee pods with milk and sugar. The host answered any questions and helped arrange private transfer to Auschwitz-Birkenau. He gave great food recommendations and a map to help explore the city.

I recommend this place!! The host was very friendly, made sure we had everything we need. The apartment was very clean, also nice modern design. I especially liked the batrhroom, and also having a lot of fresh towels and bathrobes. The location is very good, right next to the old town. Great place, would defenitely come back here!

wonderful, fully equipped property, on the border of the main square that’s make it easily reachable by walking. It has two bathrooms and each bathroom is complete There is a hair dryer in addition to hair straightener (useful for girls 🙃) There are two TVs, one in the hall and the other in the bedroom in addition that provide Netflix (although I did not use it, but it is a good feature) There is a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer There is a private car park in the inner yard of the building The apartment can be entered from two entrances, one from the parking lot, which is very dark at night, and the other from the main street, which is better and faster.
