Service was prompt and straight forward. One bulb was defect - it was changed during 5 min. Next day, the electronic lock lost its battery charge, so the keycard was not working. After 10min troubleshooting with new keycards the issue was solved, by changing the entire keycard lock..

Good location close to the river. Both the old town and Kasimier are within walking distance. The hotel is next to the convention center, so that there are also business travelers. The bus stop of the line from / to the airport is at 1 minute of the hotel door. Cannot be more practical.

great lcation , just by the bridge , and by rond0 grundwaldzkie , which is very big circle with plenty of publick transportation . it is also right next to ice ski arena and main congress house . bed and shower very clean comfortable , warm , and very quiet location overall . they got bar that seems to open 24/7 and u can sit in lobby and order food and drinks if you like . price is excellent .
