Located in a modern and peaceful residential area with a playground and free private parking, all apartments feature a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, and dishwasher — perfect for both short and longer stays. 🔹 Two 1-bedroom apartments with separate living rooms Each apartment accommodates up to 4 guests and includes: • Bedroom with two single beds (can be combined into a 180 cm double bed) • Living room with a sofa bed • Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom 🔹 Studio for 2 guests with air conditioning A cozy studio ideal for a couple or solo traveler. It offers: • 140 cm bed in the open-plan living/sleeping area • Kitchenette and bathroom • Air conditioning for comfort during warmer days 📍 Excellent location in Mokotów – close to public transport, restaurants, and the Służewiec business district. Essential Information for Your Stay To ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience, please take a moment to review the following information: Heating & Air Conditioning For your comfort, heating is available during the winter season, and air conditioning is provided in the summer months (AC not in all apartments, please check the amenities in listings) Bedding A standard set of bedding is provided for every two guests. If you are two guests and prefer to sleep in separate beds, an additional bedding set is available upon request for a fee of 60 PLN (to cover laundry costs). This applies only to apartments without 2 single beds. Pets Pets are welcome with prior notice. An additional fee applies. House Rules • Parties and events are not permitted. • Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Parking Designated parking space, outdoor or underground garage (depends of chosen apartment) IMPORTANT INFORMATION: At the moment Studio apartment doesn’t have a TV functionality.
